All our customers who are taking our (CAPS Infotech) services are considered agreed to all our terms and conditions.
Tally ERP/Prime including all versions and editions is the property of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd (TSPL).
CAPS Infotech is a Tally Certified Sales and Service Partner who is authorized to sell all Tally products and services.
As an authorized partner, CAPS Infotech also conducts various offline training programs offered by Tally Education Pvt Ltd (TEPL).
In both of the above products and services all terms and conditions will be according to TSPL and TEPL.
Any product or service once sold is not entitled for refund and thus non-returnable.
Any legal dispute is subject to Raipur (Chhattisgrah) jurisdiction only.
CAPS Infotech has right to change all these terms and conditions anytime in future without any notice. All the customers will have to abide by these terms and conditions to continue the services from our end.
Training Services
We also offer Tally Prime, Computer Basics, MS Excel and other courses in offline mode.
Once enrolled, the student is not entitled for any fee refund.
A refund can only be issued in special circumstances only but the decision of CAPS Infotech on issuing refund will be the final.
Certificate for a few courses (DCA and PGDCA) is offered by universities on passing the examinations conducted by them.
We only issue our training certificate on complete payment of all the applicable fees. Students who have not paid their fees completely are not eligible to get certificate and job assistance.
CAPS Infotech has all the rights to revise course fees and change or revoke any course at any point of time.
